Came in to have my new car looked at, they said the tire and batteries needed to be replaced. Neither needed to be replaced. Also they only do a “visual inspection” not a comprehensive check as stated. Spoke to Anthony and he asked me if they gave me a print out or emailed me (they didn’t give me either) don’t go here it’s a waste of $60

Would give 0 stars if I could… took my car there for an a/c recharge and 6 days later it runs out and blows out hot air. Mind you this was a $511 dollar job being my car needed the liquid charge. When I originally had the service done the tech claims he checked for any leaks and none were detected. I scheduled another appointment to bring it back and see what happened. When I walked in the door Anthony asked me if is still blowing out hot air. I responded saying yes it is. I then proceeded to tell him how the service I received from Firestone is unexceptional and he asked me if I wanted to get it resolved or a refund. Then he said we need to start over again because we started off on the wrong foot… first of all, do you honestly expect someone who paid over $500 for a service to be done to be in a happy and chipper mood? I did not yell, I didn’t cuss, just had a stern voice and expressed my displeasure. I live 25 miles each way to this store so I’m not exactly around the corner. When I was talking to Anthony I was telling him maybe the guy who serviced it didn’t know what he was doing, then he immediately asked for my address to send a refund check to and told me I need to take my

Stopped in for an oil change and alignment and had a great experience. I worked with Anthony, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. The pricing was fair, the work was completed quickly, and I was back on the road in no time. It’s hard to find quality service you can trust, but these guys delivered. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable automotive service.

BIGGEST SHOUTOUT to Anthony Gonzalez (Store Manager) - I took my vehicle in for 1 flat, unrepairable tire - LATE on the day due to this establishment being the only on Sunday’s - they were FULLY booked (understandable), multiple prior scheduled appointments, short staffing and also multiple vehicles needing to be repaired having arrived before I had - No one helps people it seems, in the way Anthony helped me anymore - he saw one break in his incredibly busy day and work schedule and ensured to fit me in and repaired my car. I highly recommend taking your vehicle for repairs to this exact location and highly recommend Anthony Gonzalez - if you’re fortunate enough to encounter him and his professionalism and kindness.
